Conference Room
Multi-purpose conference room or gallery is arranged in the first floor of a renovated farm building, in place of a former hay barn. With its unique ambient, it leaves even our most demanding clients breathless.
The room offers:
- wireless internet connection,
- sound system with a portable and stationary microphone,
- digital projector and plasma screens,
- DVD player,
- possibility sound-recording,
- Flip chart.
The room can be arranged in many ways, depending on requests and needs of the client. For example, if the room is arranged for film viewing, the room accepts 120 guests, in a position for seminars with tables, up to 40 guests.
Each event in the conference room can be accompanied by a culinary service according to your wishes; coffee breaks, cold and hot buffet, and dinners. A recognised first-class cuisine is just the final touch.
For participants at your events you may arrange accommodation at our hotel, and stretch meetings over several days effortlessly.
Minor events
Events, such as seminars with a small number of participants, can be organised in a wine cellar. There is a big table and a plasma screen with a projector.
For short or long meetings you may use a special meeting room, which is a part of The Rustic House 1768.
Celebrations for private parties
The room is, besides organising business events, also a perfect location for celebrations of private parties (wedding banquets, birthdays, anniversaries, meetings…). We arrange the room according to the requests and demands of guests, and to the purpose of the event.
Rent price
The price to rent the room with all the belonging equipment is 150 EUR. It is possible to make a reservation of the room every day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
