Carniolian Lunch
You can invite your family and friends or business partners (reservation is required) to our restaurant on a Carniolian lunch. This meal is special, because besides other traditional regional dishes we also serve for the main course "Kranjska klobasa" - Carniolian sausage being made in wine, internationally the most well-known Slovenian dish.
Carniolian lunch includes more dishes:
- Thin slices of smoked pork fillet with apples and horse radish
- "Prezganka" (soup made by browning flour on lard and adding water) with fried onion and young cheese
- Stung dim in cream with truffles and fried zucchini
- Carniolian sausage being made in wine, "Gorenjski budelj" (stung pork fillet with stuffing), and cabbage noodles
- Fried slices on roasted apple with honey dressing
- Cumin cheese with dry pear and fruit bread
To each of the dishes we serve original Slovenian wines from all three wine regions.
